the community and municipality to make progress toward the 2050 and 2040 net zero goals, respectively. Reductions in each interval represent the percent change from 2019 baseline GHG emissions. These reductions are met by incorporating the GHG emissions reductions modeled in the LA scenario for that period AND the strategies and actions proposed in this Plan.
