 Introduce segregation of yard waste from bulk collections.  Raise awareness of yard waste collection and composting.

 Assess options for investment in biochar for waste streams such as seaweed and yard waste.  Develop a convenience/reuse center open to residents and businesses to divert, reuse, and repurpose household items, e-waste, and household hazardous waste.
