Our I&D approach is crucial to fostering our full potential, innovative capacity, competitiveness and our attractiveness as an employer. Our long-term vision is to achieve recognition as an inclusive workplace where our people promote an authentic culture.

Our I&D global strategic plan drives change and leverages the strength of WSP I&D representatives in our regions created our strategic plan around five core goals (listed below) to engage the entire workforce and incorporate all voices, ideas, differences and beliefs.

We are designers and innovators for diverse communities and so understanding their makeup, cultural differences and aspirations for the future will ensure we strike the right balance in our teams and with our clients.
