PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (PMIS) “Real-Time Information from a Single Source of Truth” Information is power - to grow, be transparent and support good decision making. WSP has over 25 years’ experience developing and delivering PMIS. Starting in the 1990s, PC&T deployed systems using FTP protocols and in 1998, we launched our rst major PMIS portal using http, which integrated Esri geographic information system (GIS) and custom web forms to track and report on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work on multi billion dollar programs spanning two continents.

“ThinkBOLDR”, WSP’s research and development center in Boulder, Colorado, provides a living lab, where we identify new tools and data gathering processes and put Smart solutions to the test, like state of-the-art Building Automation System technologies, IoTs, Cloud Platforms, Mixed Reality and Virtual Reality Platforms.
In response to the Covid-19 global pandemic in 2020, WSP created and deployed the “WorkTogether” application, providing global tracking of potential exposures and maintaining safe entry into offices, client locations and project sites. Our team implemented first release to Apple App Store and Android devices in under one week.
WSP uses Integrated Safety Management System (iSMS) to monitor safety by capturing incident reports and field inspections. — A 25% increase in field reporting of incidents and inspections — 1,000 users access the app for an average of 3 minutes per day to monitor safety
CREATING MULTI-FUNCTIONAL APPLICATIONS Mobile technology offers a multitude of capabilities using geolocation, Bluetooth, camera, Near Field Communication (NFC) and activity detection. Integrated Safety Management System iSMS
WSP's Integrated Safety Management System (iSMS) monitors safety on projects across the globe by capturing incident reports and field inspections. With this app, more incidents with pictures and immediate descriptions were reported. The mobile app serves as an instant reporting channel, improving the quality
unparalleled insights into energy consumption, space utilization and occupant experience information in a building. We created an AI chat bot to offer way-finding features. WSP used 440 data points to collect over 140 million records to analyze a space of 4,800 square feet.

eCONSTRUCTION “Paperless Project Delivery” eConstruction encompasses the means and methods to achieve paperless project delivery. WSP’s PC&T group has been providing eConstruction solutions to project teams since the 1990s and continues to be a leader in both the consulting and provision of eConstruction services. eConstruction was born out of our team striving to innovate through our mission to adopt new business processes and technically advanced tools. WSP's Property View App is a thematic map viewer populated with project land inventory and acquisition data, indicating status and progress. Existing and proposed right-of-way boundaries are depicted in the app and Appraisal Maps are overlaid to track progress with the ability to display property parcels, track additions and reductions to property acquisitions and environmental clearance status.
