FEDERAL SECURITY PRACTICES & APPROACH ▶ FISMA PC&T has adopted and implemented security controls and procedures sufficient to comply with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) United States Government Standards. Adoption of FISMA procedures makes us compliant with our federal programs, but with such a “high watermark” for cybersecurity means clients that have entrusted WSP’s PC&T group with data and application hosting operations can be assured that data is being managed against the highest standards available. ▶ NIST 800:53 Using NIST 800:53 protocols improves server and data availability and provides the most secure means of hosting and safeguarding client information available via the internet. With the implementation of NIST 800:53, our clients are assured that data security is taken seriously at WSP. ▶ FedRAMP WSP systems are housed in mirrored Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certified facilities to maximize both information and physical security as well as system redundancy. ▶ OMB WSP has created a complete FISMA documentation package of the system environment and settings, policies, process, and mechanisms to comply with the security requirements mandated by the Of ce of Management and Budget (OMB).

OPENTEXT FOR eROOM SOFTWARE PC&T is an Enterprise Partner with OpenText, having deployed the online eRoom suite across hundreds of clients representing thousands of projects in the U.S. and around the globe. eRoom is an online file sharing collaboration tool that provides clients with secured, internet-based project sites where they can collaborate on project materials with team members, whether they be client staff, WSP staff or subconsultants working on the project, independent of geographical location.
