FEES AND HOSTING MitigationManager is not available for sale or license. Data stored in MitigationManager is the property of the client and can be readily exported into a variety of file formats for use in other software applications. Source code and application executable files are non-transferable and remain the sole property of WSP. This software application is non-transferable and must be hosted by WSP. In addition to an annual hosting fee billed upon system deployment, there are labor fees for consultation, system setup and configuration, customization of each implementation, and basic training via telephone. Custom features are available for an additional fee. WSP maintains a state-of-the-art data center in Denver, Colorado, with a high-performance, fully redundant system infrastructure. Designed to serve a broad range of website applications, the center is supported by a core team of IT professionals and 24/7 help desk support. Our co-located servers are protected by the latest patches, a managed firewall, network monitoring, intrusion detection, and other security measures, and data is backed up daily and stored off-site on tape for longterm storage. Access to these systems is strictly enforced. The data center is served by multiple connections to redundant Tier I providers. This software application is non-transferable and must be hosted by WSP. Fees are based on labor requirements for system configuration and customization, and hosting.
