Continue to expand facilities and amenities needed for employees who bicycle or walk to work, such as bike racks, bike repair infrastructure along bike paths, and storage for equipment. Offer small incentives for employees who use alternative transportation to travel to work, such as a raffle for free lunch or coffee or recognition on social media.
