 Update idling policy to decrease allowable idle time.  Continue to notify users who are idling past time limits.

 Set an idling reduction target for all municipal vehicles, keeping emergency vehicle needs in mind.  Update the City’s 4-year strategic plan to reduce fuel consumption by 2% within its fleet and set new targets.
