HEC-MetVue-Based ARF Development { HEC-MetVue software was used to develop site-specific DAR/ARF tables from observed gridded precipitation data (Figure 4-4). { ARF values were derived from 10 storms, including six storms used for calibrating RAS-2D ROM models.
