Existing Conditions

The key destinations map in figure 2.30, based on input from client and stakeholders, identifies “must serve” locations for transit including important job concentrations, government offices, medical facilities and office concentrations, important retail centers and big box retailers (especially full service grocery stores), housing with concentrations of lower income, elderly or disabled residents, other trip attractors in the service area.
