— Shapefile is a geospatial, vector data format for storing geometric location and associated attribute information and is used with geographic information system (GIS) software that Esri developed and regulated. The shapefile format can spatially describe vector features (points, lines, and polygons) and has embedded attributes that describe it, such as name or temperature. — GeoJSON is an open standard data file format designed for representing simple geographical features, along with their nonspatial attributes. It is based on JSON, the JavaScript Object Notation. The features include points (addresses and locations), line strings (streets, highways, and boundaries), polygons (countries, provinces, tracts of land), and multipart collections of these types.
— CSV (comma-separated values) is a simple file format used to store tabular data, such as a spreadsheet or database. One common use is moving tabular data between programs that natively operate on incompatible (often proprietary or undocumented) formats. As you plan, design, manage, and engineer long-lasting and impactful solutions to uniquely complex problems, consider mapping a part of your technology toolkit.
