FEES AND HOSTING The virtual meeting room platform is

nontransferable and must be hosted by WSP USA, which holds all third-party software licenses. Data developed for and stored in the virtual meeting room platform is client property. Source code and application executable files are nontransferable and remain the sole property of WSP USA. Fees are based on labor requirements for system configuration and customization, basic training of administration tools via telephone, and annual hosting.
