CommentSense is WSP’s proprietary, web-based software tool designed to help you capture, store, and manage stakeholder/customer data grouping by demographics, submissions, and individual issues (categories).

CommentSense is a customized database application that streamlines the collection, tracking, and analysis of data input. Using a standard web browser, you can submit, read, respond to, annotate, approve, and track data. Data records are managed through a user-friendly administrative interface. CommentSense empowers you and your project team: — Manage display fields — Add, edit, and archive records — Track record status — Document response actions for individual records — Search and query data subsets using filters — Manage stakeholder mailing lists and send broadcast emails — Export and print data record subsets in various reporting formats (e.g., Word, Excel, PDF)

Multiple levels of security ensure CommentSense can be configured to meet any program’s administrative needs, including the ability to build in workflow and business-process rules. CommentSense requires only the free Adobe PDF viewer and a standard web browser; no other third-party software or specialized hardware is required.
