3.0 FINAL PRODUCT WSP submitted two folders for the part catalog to NMDOT. The part catalog folder is stored on the C drive in a location where the user can easily load it. This folder, which is the same folder loaded in Civil 3D, contains all the catalog data. It is advisable to store this in the Civil 3D program files, so that the data can easily be found. The Templates folder is stored in the C3D content library. This folder contains all the GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) templates, which are a common filetype for Autodesk objects, that originate from Inventor. In the future, a custom installation process may be developed to simplify the process of installing the part catalog. 3.1 PIPES The pipes are organized by the following categories: existing or proposed, culvert crossing or storm drain, material, and shape. Chapters are used to organize the pipes by concrete box culvert, crossing culvert (CC), or storm drain (SD). From there, the pipes are organized into part families by their material, shape, and whether they are existing or proposed. Shown below is a breakdown of the pipe catalog: • NMDOT CONCRETE BOX CULVERT
